Iliad/Free application for 4th 3G license rejected

- 3 existing MNO lobby was (is) strong enough. I like this one even if Free has been always protected; Free was always Arcep promising unbundling DSL child. Maybe because former MD, M. Boukobza, was a promising child.

Netherlands 2.6 and 3.5 GHz license auction ends

The winners of the Dutch license auctions for the 2.6 and 3.5 GHz frequencies are Versatel (paid 760,002 Euros) and Enertel (paid 4,000,075 Euros). The 2.6 Ghz license expires in 2008 and the 3.5 GHz license expires in 2015.
