Now it appears that Cuyahoga Falls, a city north of Akron, will be going Wi-Fi as well, thanks to MobilePro/NeoReach, the same company that is unwiring Akron. Details of the network

Cuyahoga will begin with a pilot network downtown; it will cover Falls River Square, the Natatorium, the conference center and city hall. Wireless Internet access will be available in these areas on a fixed and mobile basis to residents, businesses, students and visitors. NeoReach wants to bring Wi-Fi service to the entire city (28 square miles or 72 square kilometers). They will allow users to roam between the networks in Cuyahoga and Akron.

Subscribers will be able to access the wireless network from anywhere in the coverage area at any time. All Wi-Fi-enabled devices will have free access to the network landing page. Users will automatically be directed to the network landing page, which will contain information about the service and instructions on how to connect. Visitors will be able to navigate the city of Cuyahoga Falls website and certain other selected websites at any time, without limitation or cost.
