The next steps of the process are for the vendor to prepare a 30 minute presentation on their proposal and bring the team to 3900 Main Street, 7th Floor, Mayor’s Ceremonial Room, on one of the following dates and times:
- August 2nd 1:00pm-3:00pm
- August 3rd 9:00am-11:00am
- August 3rd 1:00pm – 3:00pm
- August 7th 9:00am-11:00am
- August 7th 1:00pm-3:00pm
- August 9th 1:00pm-3:00pm
Dates and times will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Vendor is responsible for all costs associated with travel and the presentation. Finalist will be elevated for contract negotiations on August 10th.
