Instead of annoying pop-ups, the ads would scroll across the top of the computer screen, said Mr. Graves, who plans to present the council with a proposed contract in about a month. Once approved, the system should be operational in nine months to a year. A number of other local cities ‚Äö?Ñ?¨ including Plano, Irving, Frisco and Grand Prairie ‚Äö?Ñ?¨ are reviewing similar citywide systems.
