The story discusses a free Wi-Fi deployment for 50,000 residents in Fredericton, New Brunswick where the cost-effective pricetag so far is $300,000. Since that’s Canadian dollars, that’s quite impressive.
The story also gives an update on the ambitious deployment being undertaken by Inukshuk Wireless to provide access to about 12 million people in 20 cities from Victoria to St. John’s.
