Are you kidding? Foe – without a doubt – as long as they keep pushing these ridiculous statewide franchise bills (see http://tinyurl.com/2flm5n). AT&T is actively working to remove the rights of local governments anywhere they can.

And again, this brings up the discussion of what exactly is “municipal wireless?” AT&T’s offering isn’t “municipal wireless” any more than Comcast’s offerings are “municipal cable.”

No disrespect to the author, but I really think we need to come to some consensus on what is what. If it’s confusing to us, it’s not going to be any clearer to the elected and general public.
