Are you kidding? Foe - without a doubt - as long as they keep pushing these ridiculous statewide franchise bills (see http://tinyurl.com/2flm5n).  AT&amp;T is actively working to remove the rights of local governments anywhere they can.

And again, this brings up the discussion of what exactly is &quot;municipal wireless?&quot;  AT&amp;T&#039;s offering isn&#039;t &quot;municipal wireless&quot; any more than Comcast&#039;s offerings are &quot;municipal cable.&quot;

No disrespect to the author, but I really think we need to come to some consensus on what is what.  If it&#039;s confusing to us, it&#039;s not going to be any clearer to the elected and general public.</description>
