I am in the April 2007 issue of San Francisco magazine, a local glossy. Cyrus Farivar wrote the accompanying article which is structured as a Q&A. I remain optimistic about SF’s Wi-Fi plans. In the April 2007 issue, I am pictured standing in Union Square in my coat. The photo session took about one hour on Valentine’s Day and I was very nervous because I’ve never done anything like this before. Was I wearing the right outfit? What about my makeup? But I relaxed after a while because I know that magazine art departments use Photoshop, which hides a multitude of sins.
In the article by Cyrus Farivar (who occasionally writes for our website and the Muniwireless magazine), I predicted that San Francisco will eventually get a citywide Wi-Fi network. Let’s hope they deploy one before I get wrinkles.
If you are in the SF Bay Area, go out and get the magazine. Otherwise, click here to view the feature story.
