MuniWireless is pleased to introduce an exciting new component at its industry-leading conferences: The Demo
Salon. In response to repeated requests by our sponsors and exhibitors, we’re creating a dynamic opportunity to
showcase products in a compelling environment designed to attract interest from buyers and integrators attending
the conference.

The Demo Salon will be held in a separate room at the event. On the afternoon of Tuesday, June 5,
conference-goers will be encouraged to attend a series of product demonstrations by leading vendors who will
showcase their wares in a rapid-fire, informative environment. A special platform and screen will be set up
in the room for presentations, and each presenting vendor will have a tabletop around the room’s periphery to
handle attendee questions before, between, and after the presentations.

Each presenter will be given exactly 10 minutes to demonstrate their product, with 5 minutes allocated for
change-over between presenters. The change-over period will also give attendees time to briefly visit the sidetables
in the room to ask questions, exchange business cards, and receive materials. There will be a total of eight
presentation slots available over the two hours of the Salon.

Because attendees will be looking for a high level of visual presentation, the Demo Salon will be particularly well
suited to demos of software applications. However, vendors of hand-held and other equipment can also discuss
with us how their demonstration might best be tailored to meet the needs of the audience.

The deadline for commitment to the Demo Salon and delivery of any PowerPoint or other slides is Wednesday, May 23.
