Brookline, Mass., cuts the wire

Brookline, Massachusetts, a city of 57,000 residents, is marking the launch of its municipal multi-use network with a wire-cutting today. Galaxy Internet Services will provide service over Strix Systems’ Access/One Outdoor Wireless System. This is the first official launch of several municipal systems in the metro Boston area that Strix and Galaxy are partnering on.
