NextPhase partners with GigaBeam in national wireless roll-out

NextPhase Wireless will integrate GigaBeam Corp.’s high-capacity WiFiber technology into its wireless platform. GigaBeam’s solutions operate in the 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz spectrum.

NextPhase Wireless will integrate GigaBeam Corp.’s high-capacity WiFiber technology into the wireless platform it is developing for its national network.

With this partnership, NextPhase appears to be working toward building a platform that provides carrier-level services. GigaBeam’s solutions operate in the 71-76 GHz and 81-86 GHz spectrum. The company has been working to build a national wireless network, primarily serving markets that are not presently served by major carriers.
