In communities all across the country, innovative organizations are undertaking grassroots efforts to serve the underserved through the use of wireless and other broadband technologies. In nearby East Palo Alto, California, a coalition of community organizations called One East Palo Alto has used technology to create educational opportunities, enhance local economic development and improve the overall quality of life.
