Commentary: Lies, damned lies, and broadband strategies

The Bush administration is claiming it has “met the goal” of achieving universal broadband access by the end of 2007. Clearly, the administration has failed miserably to fulfill its 2004 promise to provide affordable access by the end of this year. But don’t tell them that.
