Glenwood Springs, Colorado, may expand the city’s broadband network to run fiber to every home. The project would require about $22 million in capitol expenses and bond funding.

This week the council received a presentation that justified the expense in terms of the pay-back the project would deliver to the community, returning approximately $10 million per year that is presently going out of the city to pay for video, voice and data services.

    okay the last city internet fiber optic service has been a looser so lets waste more money on something that is as worthless why don’t we replace water lines and fix our streets rather than waste tax dollars the city can not run the departments it has know so lets piss off more money
