Phillis, who replaced Dianah Neff as CIO in August, 2006, confirmed to The Philadelphia Inquirer that he will be staying on, despite offers elsewhere. He told the Inquirer “The experience with Earthlink hasn’t been exactly wonderful to this point. We’ll continue on, because we view it as a city asset… I don’t know what the future will bring.”
