Mr. Farstad, of the City of Minneapolis, spoke on his role on implementing wireless for digital inclusion efforts. Filmed at the Digital Inclusion Luncheon at MW06MN, Mr. Farstad is introduced by Catherine Settani, lead organizer for the Minneapolis Community Benefits Agreement.
