would a high pressure home of atleast 90psi cause a residence with a leak at 10gals per min to over register the leak causing a $5,000 water bill for a month? thanks, Deanna

Here's hoping that Minneapolis (MN) picks up on this. I have not had a POTS line for years. The solution in Minneapolis is to have someone *drive* around and take readings wirelessly. (As opposed to the default method where your meter is plugged into your POTS and does a 'phone home')

Granted, retooling is spendy, but you would think the saving would add up.
