About the Project

The Wireless Comparative Analysis and Best Practices Education Project is an aggressive effort funded by the California Emerging Technology Fund to identify and promote lessons learned and promising practices in the area of government-led wireless networks.  The results of this research project will help to enrich the public discussion on government-led wireless projects in California and nation-wide.  In addition, the results will also be valuable for jurisdictions in California in future planning, development, and implementation of wireless projects.  The final report of the project will be available for distribution in summer 2008.
