My clients who own stores/offices/hotels have already helped police departments catch criminals all over the valley, with the video they provide. If the city of mcallen puts these cameras in place, I feel its going to help compliment people who already have camera systems. For example, lets say a home owner/ business owner have cameras that show the criminal leaving the business at 230am in a Red Truck, it helps police research the city cameras showing the pattern of where he drove to narrow down search results.
