He called me this afternoon to set the record straight. Since Wi-Fi Rail was the only source for the Examiner story (BART hadn't heard Wi-Fi Rail was out of money because it wasn't), it's hard to accept the SF daily's analysis now! Wi-Fi Rail says they have plenty of money for current situation, and about half of what they need for full buildout is equipment financing, not capital raising.
