		<description>I am sure that Telmex has had WiMax in Chile.

I setup a softswitch (PBX) for a company down there and the IT guy told me had WiMax and that was two years or so ago.</description>

		<description>I am from Brazil and the least we can say about WIMAXmaps.org is that the it shows misleading informations. It lacks explanation about what does its status labels really means.

There is only one of those networks that really started as service. All others labeled &quot;in-service&quot; as indeed test networks with very few customers.

When they label a deployment status as &quot;Planned/In  Deployment&quot; it can mean as little as that the operator is still  working with regulation agency, trying to get defined the rules for their market that sometime in the future will allow the operator to use it...</description>
