Sapulpa, Oklahoma, is providing free wireless high-speed Internet access in its historic downtown as part of an initiative of its Chamber of Commerce.Sapulpa, Oklahoma, is providing free wireless high-speed Internet access in its historic downtown as part of an initiative of its Chamber of Commerce.
