A federal judge says Vonage will be permanently enjoined from using technologies that a jury found infringed on three Verizon patents.A federal judge is expected to issue a permanent injunction April 6 against Vonage’s use of some of the technologies in its voice-over-Internet service after a jury found that the company infringed on three Verizon patents. Vonage has announced it will appeal the jury verdict and ask for a stay of the injunction.
